We remember where we were that early Tuesday morning in September 2001. September 11th to be exact.
2977 people were killed, and more than 6000 were injured. Terror attacked the North and South Twin Towers in NYC. Terror attacked the Pentagon in Washington DC, and the passengers of Flight 93 attacked Terror, and sacrificed their lives to save the next terror target, presumably the Capitol.
Amy lives in Upstate NY, and a few years ago, took these photos at the NYS Museum in Albany, NY, which is part of the Smithsonian museums. These are from their display of 9/11.
Update: The charity mentioned on the show is http://www.cantorrelief.org
