It was an honor to have a publicist on our show, and we truly enjoyed our discussion with Mari Selby.
Mari told great stories of her start and different types of clients, but also what it means to be a publicist, and that not all authors are equal.
Mari has a process for accepting clients, and that is important to know when choosing a publicist. Publicists work for the author, but there is work to be done by the author.
We hope to have Mari join us again, and maybe even some of her clients on future shows.
